Summer Prep Party

Kick off summer with a hands-on, high-energy prep night designed to make hosting, cabin weekends, and last-minute gatherings easy and delicious.

THE EXPERIENCE

In one fun, fast-paced evening, you'll rotate through three curated prep stations — with small groups at each station so it never feels rushed or crowded. You'll leave with a mix of sweet, savory, and grill-ready items ready to use all summer long.

Stations include:

• Mary's Famous Homemade Puff Pastry Station — Make and take home three ready-to-freeze puff pastries. Pull them out whenever you need a showstopping appetizer or dessert.

• Mary's Mexican Fried Ice Cream Station — Mary's secret recipe, made fresh by you. You'll go home with a full 9x13 pan ready for the freezer. Dessert is ready to go whenever friends stop by all summer long.

• Marinade + Skewer Prep Station — Create grill-ready marinated chicken to stash in the freezer. When you're ready, just thaw, skewer with your favorite veggies or fruits, and throw it on the grill.

Your ticket includes one of each — three puff pastries, a 9x13 pan of Mexican Fried Ice Cream, and your marinated chicken — all ready for the freezer. Want extras to stock up even more? Add on additional kits at the event at a special class price.

STOCK YOUR FREEZER KITS

Can't make the event? Our Stock Your Freezer Kits let you pick up ready-to-finish items without attending the class. Pop them straight in the freezer and pull them out when you need them. Each kit includes Mary's recipe so you'll always know what to do.
