You asked, and we listened...our first ever sourdough class is finally here! If you’ve been curious about the magic of sourdough but weren’t sure where to start, this is the class for you.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll walk through the essentials of sourdough baking - from understanding and feeding a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking a loaf with that signature tangy flavor and crackly crust. Along the way we’ll share tips, answer all your sourdough questions, and make the process feel approachable and fun.
You’ll taste fresh sourdough together during class and head home with your very own sourdough starter so you can keep the baking adventure going in your own kitchen.
Warning: sourdough baking can become a delicious obsession.
