About the event
There’s soup… and then there’s the kind of soup that makes you want to grab a big bowl, some crusty bread and cancel the rest of your plans.
Join us for a cozy, hands-on class with guest chef Anne Haskamp of Copper Pony in Sauk Rapids as we make two comfort-food favorites: Meatball Soup and Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. Anne will share her tips for building rich, satisfying flavor, creating a great broth and turning simple ingredients into the kind of soup everyone wants seconds of.
We’ll cook together, taste everything we make and pick up plenty of tricks you can use to make your own soups even better at home. Whether you’re a longtime soup lover or just looking for a few new recipes to get you through Minnesota soup season, you’ll leave warm, full and ready to put a pot on the stove.
