Ever wonder why sauces make the meal? In this immersive, hands-on class, we’ll explore the five French mother sauces—the essential building blocks of countless recipes—and bring them to life through the art of handmade ravioli.
You’ll mix, knead, and roll your own pasta dough, then craft a variety of seasonal ravioli fillings. We’ll walk you through how each mother sauce works, how it adapts across cuisines, and how to make it deliciously your own. By the end, you’ll have a full-flavored, pasta-filled feast and a deeper understanding of how to master flavor at home.
