Watch as our guest chef Aaron Moe prepares a sizzling pan of traditional Spanish paella—layer by layer—while you sip on a limited-release beer brewed by Pantown Brewing Company exclusively for this event. You’ll learn the story behind the dish, the essential ingredients that make it sing, and the secrets to achieving that perfect socarrat (crispy bottom layer!).
Chef Mary will demonstrate some easy but extraordinary sides to accompany our paella.
We’ll serve up generous portions of this flavorful feast, along with a side of live storytelling, community connection, and a little brewery magic.
