Ready to bring a little sunshine to your skillet? In this fresh and flavorful participation class, we’re giving your go-to meals a Mediterranean glow-up—Minnesota style.
You’ll prep and plate four vibrant recipes that are big on taste and good for your heart. From bright citrus to bold spices, we’re using seasonal produce, lean proteins, and Olivelle’s infused oils and vinegars to create simple dishes that sing. Whether you're new to Mediterranean flavors or already obsessed, you'll leave with the skills and confidence to bring them into your weekly routine.
