Get ready for an evening of warm, rustic French comfort—Julia Child style. In this hands-on class, we’ll bring classic French flavors to life with a soul-soothing menu designed for chilly nights and shared tables.
From the rich, wine-braised Coq au Vin to the bubbling, cheesy goodness of French Onion Soup, every dish brings depth, warmth, and a little culinary magic. You’ll round out the feast with Mini Herbed Biscuits with Gruyère, a savory twist on a classic side, and Madeleines, the soft, shell-shaped French cakes that make a perfect sweet finish.
