In this hands-on class, Chef Mary will introduce you to one of her all-time favorite cookbooks and walk you through three must-make recipes straight from its pages. You’ll hear why this book earned a spot on her shelf, cook alongside new friends, and (of course) enjoy generous samples of everything we create.
It’s the perfect way to try a new cookbook before you commit - and to get inspired with dishes you’ll want to make again at home. Plus, you’ll help us choose future cookbook features by voting on your own favorites.
Come curious, leave well-fed, and bring a friend who loves flipping through cookbooks as much as you do.
