Roll, knead, and create your way to homemade Italian excellence! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll craft fresh fettuccine and tagliatelle pasta from scratch, plus make both a classic red sauce and a creamy white sauce to sample with your freshly made noodles. Then, dive into the art of pizza-making using specialty Italian pizza flour to create the perfect dough. Each participant will take home a batch of fresh pasta and enough dough for two large pizzas—ready to use or freeze for later. To top it all off, our chef will have hot, freshly baked pizzas ready for tasting. Get ready for an unforgettable culinary experience that brings the flavors of Italy straight to your kitchen!
